ABOUT CITRINE

Citrine is the modern birthstone for anyone born in the month of November. A pale yellow variety of quartz, it is very similar to topaz in appearance. Pure quartz is colourless, however the iron content in citrine gives it a yellow hue – the more iron, the richer the colour.
