An unusual, rectangular, curved pendant featuring a delicate floral textured pattern and a single, tiny, purple cubic zirconia set in a hand formed rose shaped bezel. The pendant hangs from the chain by way of a hidden circular bail on the reverse of the pendant, keeping the focus firmly on the pendant itself.

This necklace is completely unique, one of a kind and ready to ship within one business day of ordering. You will receive the exact necklace shown in the photographs.

The pendant is pure .999 solid silver, handmade from precious metal clay, and hangs from a sterling silver belcher chain (choose from either 16 or 18 inch chain).

DETAILS AND MEASUREMENTS:

  • One of a kind and ready to ship within one working day of ordering.
  • Pendant is .999 fine silver and measures 17mm (5/8 inches) long by 13mm (1/2 inch) wide.
  • 925 sterling silver belcher chain (choice of 16 inch or 18 inch length).
  • Necklace will ship in a little Tiny Tree Frog gift box.
  • Flat rate shipping - additional items ship at no extra cost.

The pendant is handcrafted by me using recycled, eco friendly silver clay (see below for more information about silver clay).

WHAT IS FINE SILVER/SILVER CLAY?

Fine silver is made from precious metal silver clay, which looks and feels like regular sculpting clay but contains fine particles of pure silver mixed with a non-toxic organic binder. It is eco-friendly since the silver particles are recycled silver reclaimed from medical, scientific and communications equipment.

Once the clay is fired in the kiln, the binder burns away leaving a fine silver piece which is 99.9% pure silver (compared to sterling silver which is only 92.5% pure silver, the remainder being mainly copper).

Fine silver contains no other metals. It is tarnish resistant and, due to its purity, it is less likely to cause any reactions on the skin.

Fine silver pieces can be hallmarked at the Assay Office if they weigh more than 7.78 grams. Since my jewellery pieces are below this weight, I choose not to have them hallmarked.
